The three lots were awarded on 21 December 2023 following bids dated 22 June 2023, with contracts entered into on 1 February 2024 . Utility-Scale Hybrid Generation · Project Record The 28 MW Niger State Power Project International Consolidated Contractors Offshore SAL Ltd  |  Niger State, Nigeria  |  Nigeria Electrification Project International Consolidated Contractors Offshore SAL Ltd designed, supplied, installed, tested and commissioned a 28 MW hybrid power generation project in Niger State . The Rural Electrification Agency certified commissioning on 10 May 2024 , for a total contract value of US$45,242,000 , with the works fully executed between 15 May 2023 and 10 May 2024. The contract was awarded on 20 April 2023 under reference REA-NEP/C/GO/IS/RFP/105/21A, following a proposal dated 1 March 2023, and the Agency issued its certificate on 19 July 2024.
